Paulina Wu

Ms. Paulina received her Master of Music Degree at Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University in the United States. She received her Bachelor of Music Degree from the National Taiwan Normal University, Majoring in Violin and minor in piano and voice. She won the New Taipei Municipal High School Concerto Competition in 2012 and made her first solo debut with the orchestra, playing the Mozart Violin concerto No.3 at the age of 17.

Ms. Paulina has performed with the New Music Ensemble Orchestra of National Taiwan Normal University as a soloist under Gordon Chin, playing Tchaikovsky, Mozart Violin Concertos and a Contemporary solo piece. She had been a concertmaster for several concerts in the Peabody symphony orchestra and the New Music Ensemble Orchestra.

Ms. Paulina had several Master classes and performances in the music festival and academy of Austria, including Salzburg Sommerakademie Mozarteum and Festal Musikschule Großraming.

Ms. Paulina has worked for the Taipei Century Symphony Orchestra, Yin Qi Symphony Orchestra, Taiwan Pro Arte Orchestra and has been a private music Instructor for 7 years. From
2020-2021 she was a violin, voice and piano faculty member at the Music Tree School in Richmond, Virginia (United States). She has also started her teaching in 2021 and teaches both via zoom and in personal.
