

Iris Lin (Cello)
Iris Lin is a passionate cellist and piano teacher, committed to helping students discover the joy and depth of music. She began studying cello at the age of ten, and during high school, she participated in the National Music Competition in Nantou, where her ensemble earned Fourth Prize, gaining early performance experience and fostering a love for collaborative music-making.
She continued her studies at Soochow University in Taipei, Taiwan, receiving comprehensive musical training, and further refined her skills during her graduate studies at Northern Illinois University, where she actively participated in the university orchestra, gaining extensive experience in ensemble performance and collaborative musicianship.
As a teacher, Iris strives to make learning the cello a fun and rewarding experience. She enjoys creating lessons that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and help students discover the joy of making music. By combining playful exercises with engaging repertoire, she aims to inspire students to connect with their instrument and develop a lifelong love for music.
