Dr. Heeyoung’s musical journey began at the age of six, learning both piano and violin while growing up in music and art schools. Her lifelong passion for music led her to earn both her Master’s and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to performing and composing for piano, she brings a wealth of creativity and experience to her teaching.

With training through Bravo Conservatory’s Teachers’ Program, Dr. Heeyoung is dedicated to creating a fun, nurturing, and inspiring environment where students can develop a love for music from the very first lesson. She looks forward to welcoming both private and group students to explore the joy of piano together!"
