Brett Crockett

Brett Crockett holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Music from The University of California at Santa Cruz, studying voice under the direction of Dr. Brian Staufenbiel and Dr. Emily Sinclair. For the last 4 years, Brett has been a mainstay with the UC Santa Cruz Opera Department, performing multiple leading tenor roles such as Pluto in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld, Frederic in Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance, and Tamino in W.A. Mozart’s The Magic Flute.

Brett believes, first and foremost, in creating an environment where student and teacher are excited to collaborate in the studio, and encourages students to find a love for the process of learning to sing and finding their own voice. Brett has been studying voice for 10 years and is very excited to be sharing his knowledge and love of music with the students of Bravo Conservatory of Music.
